Artefact: Coming Back to Life

Within a concrete skeleton etched by war, a vertical city begins to stir. This artefact unfolds its inhabited layers: people ascend, encounters gather around landings, and gardens thread through the frame. Across the tower’s once-silent structure, a new ecology of everyday life takes root.
